How does delivery and setup work?
Our team delivers, sets everything up completely, and returns to break it down. You don't lift a finger.
What are your setup requirements?
A flat, clear area 2ft larger than the unit on all sides and a 110v outlet within 100 feet.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before your event. Within 72 hours may hold 50% deposit.
What happens if it rains?
Safety first. We'll reschedule at no charge if severe weather is forecast.
How are the inflatables cleaned?
Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade, child-safe products.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free within 15 miles of our warehouse. Beyond that we charge a flat fee based on your ZIP code, shown at checkout before you pay.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (May through September) we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Off-season, 1 to 2 weeks is usually fine. Same-week bookings depend on availability — call us if you're in a hurry.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Many parks and venues require one, so just let us know during booking.
Are there age or weight limits for the inflatables?
Each inflatable has manufacturer-rated limits posted on the unit and listed on the product page. Most bounce houses recommend ages 3 and up with a 1,000 lb total capacity. Toddler units are sized for ages 1 to 5.
What payment methods do you accept and is a deposit required?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure online checkout. A 25% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver & Safety Rules

Delivery and Property Access

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the lessee (customer). The lessee grants Water Slide Rentals AZ permission to enter the property for delivery, setup, and pickup of the rented equipment at approximately the scheduled times.

Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that renting and using interactive amusement games, inflatable units, water slides, and other amusement equipment involves both known and unanticipated risks to me, my guests, and my invitees. These risks include, but are not limited to, falling, slipping, crashing, and colliding, and may result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death, or property damage.

I understand that these risks may arise from the use of the equipment, the actions of participants, or other circumstances associated with the rental and operation of the equipment.

Release of Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless, and discharge Water Slide Rentals AZ from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, whether brought by me or by a third party, that arise out of or are connected with my rental, possession, setup, or use of the interactive inflatable unit or other rented amusement equipment, including claims alleging negligent acts or omissions.

I agree to reimburse Water Slide Rentals AZ for reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending against any such liability claim, demand, action, or right of action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Severability

Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought in the courts of the state where Water Slide Rentals AZ operates, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements. The substantive law of that state shall apply, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by law.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

Insurance and Responsibility for Damages

I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner's insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage that may occur to me, my guests, or my invitees as a result of using the rented equipment. If I do not have adequate insurance coverage, I understand that I may be personally responsible for costs associated with such injury or damage, subject to applicable law.

Supervision and Equipment Use

The lessee agrees to supervise the equipment and its use at all times while the equipment is in the lessee's possession.

The lessee agrees to read, understand, follow, and enforce the safety rules and operating instructions provided with the rented equipment throughout the rental period.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

I acknowledge that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire agreement, that I understand its contents, and that I am entering into this agreement voluntarily, without duress or coercion. I agree to be bound by its terms.

Safety Rules & Operating Instructions

  1. Ensure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the inflatable are followed.

  2. A trained operator must be on duty at all times. The operator must use a whistle or another audible signaling device.

  3. In the event of high winds or storms, have all participants exit the inflatable immediately. Unplug the unit and allow it to deflate.

  4. Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets before entering the inflatable.

  5. Silly String must not come into contact with the inside or outside of the inflatable.

  6. Food, drinks, and gum chewing are not allowed inside the inflatable.

  7. Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry before entering the inflatable.

  8. Flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on other participants, and wrestling are prohibited.

  9. Do not bounce against the sides, near the front entrance, or into the corner posts.

  10. Do not climb on the side walls or safety nets.

  11. Maintain a safe distance between participants while bouncing.

  12. Do not jump or sit on the entrance ramp.

  13. Do not jump off the top of a slide.

  14. Only allow participants of similar size to use the inflatable at the same time.

  15. Follow the maximum number of riders permitted, as posted on the inflatable.

  16. Follow the maximum weight limit posted on the inflatable.

  17. Do not allow the inflatable to rub against any surrounding surface.

  18. Do not move the inflatable from its designated setup location.

  19. Individuals with head, neck, or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant individuals, small infants, and anyone who may be especially susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing must not use the inflatable.

  20. Water hoses or water must not be used with an inflatable unless it is specifically designed and manufactured for water use.

  21. Splash pools used with water slides must be drained if the ride will be left unattended, unless the area is fenced and the gate is locked.

  22. Dunk tanks and splash pools must be filled with potable water. The water must be drained and refreshed every four hours of use. Anyone being dunked must be at least 18 years old.

  23. If the inflatable begins to deflate, have all participants exit immediately. Then check the following:

A. If the blower motor has stopped: Check the power cord connection at the outlet to ensure it has not been unplugged. If the cord is connected, check whether a circuit breaker has tripped.

B. If the blower motor is still running: Check the blower unit's air intake screen for blockages. Also check the air tubes at the back of the inflatable to ensure they are securely attached, and tighten the ties if necessary.

C. Before resuming use: If either of these steps resolves the problem, allow the inflatable to fully reinflate before permitting anyone to use it.

D. If the problem cannot be corrected: Contact Water Slide Rentals AZ using the company's provided contact information. Do not allow anyone to use the inflatable until the issue has been resolved and the unit is operating safely.

By signing this agreement, the lessee acknowledges that they have read and agree to the rental terms, liability provisions, and applicable safety rules and operating instructions.
